What You'll Do

IronArch is currently seeking a ServiceNow Test Engineer to join our team! - 100% Remote Work

We are a service provider to the Department of Veterans Affairs, supporting this agency with a full range of IT services, from cloud computing and virtualization to network and data center modernization. The Test Engineer will work with developers, end-users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts. They will also be responsible for providing support to client testers during acceptance testing, including test script walk-throughs, documenting testing issues and test results and answering questions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating/editing/configuring Automated Test Framework properties.
  • Developing automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
  • Executing test scripts during internal system testing.
  • Documenting test issues and working with the development team to validate/recreate.
  • Performing retesting and regression testing.
  • Documenting test results for incorporation into the Requirements Traceability and Verification Matrix.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field required
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • US Citizenship or Green Card required

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow Certification
  • Mobile web application experience
