Machine Bindery Operator Shift: 2nd, (3pm-11pm) *Pay: $17/hr. (Based on Experience)* Job Description: Review job ticket specifications to prepare products and supplies for each job. Set up, operate, and maintain machine bindery and in-line equipment. Monitor equipment during operation, detect malfunctions, and make adjustments to meet quality standards. Perform basic repairs on machine bindery equipment when necessary. Move product in and out of machines to facilitate smooth production. Supervise helpers working on the machine and ensure proper workflow. Communicate with Bindery Supervisors and Client Service staff regarding job progress and issues. Accurately record job counts, material usage, and time worked. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist in other areas of the bindery and production as needed. Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) duties as assigned.
