The Director of Ambulatory Surgery Center is responsible for the overall management and operation of the ambulatory surgical center (ASC) that provides endoscopy procedures to patients. The Director oversees the clinical, financial, regulatory, quality, and human resources aspects of the ASC, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. The Director also collaborates with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, patient-centered, and cost-effective care. * Bachelor's degree in health administration, nursing, business, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of five years of progressive management experience in an ambulatory surgical center, hospital, or other healthcare setting required. Experience in endoscopy services preferred.
* Current and valid license or certification in nursing, administration, or other relevant field required.
* Knowledge of the principles and practices of ambulatory surgery, endoscopy, and healthcare administration, including financial management, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and human resources management.
* Skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
