What you'll be doing...

The Operations & Channel Strategy team, as part of the Total Wireless (TW) Channel Management organization, orchestrates Total Wireless strategic programs and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring channel readiness and operational excellence.

As the Channel Mgmt - Sr Mgr, you will be the key connection between the Total Wireless Distribution Strategy team and the Value Indirect field team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the Total Wireless exclusive store territory structure and supporting the new Value Indirect field team from an operations perspective.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain end-to-end ownership of multiple complex strategic initiatives/projects simultaneously and organize/prioritize them to align to the Total Wireless exclusive distribution channel's broader strategic goals.

  • Manage, implement, and evolve the territory mapping model & field structure for Total Wireless exclusive distribution, leveraging geospatial analytics.

  • Manage field team & territory data, ensuring it aligns to the broader Total Wireless store data.

  • Serve as a Total Wireless store channel subject-matter expert, advising cross-functional teams on channel nuances, processes, and ways of working.

  • Consistently deliver high quality work that fully addresses the intended criteria, goals, and objectives.

  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing to stakeholders, team members, and leadership.

In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized experience.

  • Experience with distribution and/or strategy.

  • Experience in data analytics, data science, and/or process automation.

  • Program and/or Project management experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • An MBA, or an M.S. in a related field.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, VLSS certification in Green Belt or Black Belt.

  • Experience with business intelligence and/or data analysis like Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx and/or similar tools.

  • Experience with geospatial analytics.

  • 3+ years actively working in Distribution Strategy and/or Analytics.

  • 3+ years of program and / or project management experience.

  • Experience working with external partners and/or vendors.

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities.

  • Excellent executive presentation skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • A team player orientation, collaborating well with others.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional experiences to partners and consumers.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $109,000.00 and $221,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
