This role is onsite in Charlottesville, VA with responsibility for multiple warehouse locations. The Inventory Management/Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing inventory levels, organizing stock, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to support efficient warehouse operations. This role involves coordinating deliveries, pick-ups, ensuring the timely put away of materials, and requires a proactive individual who works independently, oversees other staff and can handle physical tasks, maintain a safe working environment, and contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of multi-site warehouses. Work Environment:
Anticipated Hiring Range: $44,000 - $72,000, commensurate with education and experience. This is an Exempt level, benefited position. Physical Demands: Must be able to remain stationary and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, with occasional travel to meetings and programs. Must be able to move materials and equipment up to 50 lbs. from various heights. Requires manual dexterity and coordination to perform tasks.
