The HVAC Maintenance Skilled Worker I performs maintenance, installation and repair work on HVAC systems, equipment and components. This work is performed under close supervision and using the tools and techniques of HVAC technology.

Hours:

Full time (40 hours)

Evening Shift, Weekend work required

Requirements/Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED.

* Requires current enrollment in the first year of formal training in a state-approved Journey HVAC program at a vocational or technical school, college, or apprenticeship sponsor organization.

* Must be accepted into the State of Maryland HVAC Apprenticeship Program.

Salary Range: Minimum 17.28 per hour - Maximum 20.06 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
