As a Digital Workplace Experience Product Manager at Capital Group, you will spearhead innovation in enterprise generative AI solutions and enhance the citizen developer experience. Your role involves collaborating with users across the organization to identify their needs and pain points, leveraging generative AI (Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Studio) and Power Platform products to create impactful solutions. You will engage in continuous testing and learning to deliver state-of-the-art features and products from vendors and partners, modernizing our work processes. Your efforts will generate tangible business value and empower the workforce to maximize their potential with generative AI and Power Platform technologies.

* You have prior experience (5-8 years, minimum) in the development and launch of software products, inclusive of strategy, roadmap, and execution.

* You have experience as a developer or product owner/manager of Power Platform solutions.

* You have experience with Microsoft's Copilot Studio and Azure AI Studio or other Generative AI development solutions.

* You are highly analytical and passionate about deep product discovery, with experience leading lightweight, iterative experiments to validate, test, and learn, to ensure that we "build the right thing."

* You are a dynamic and inspiring leader capable of creating excitement around a compelling product vision.

* You have developed technology-driven products.

* You are comfortable engaging with highly sophisticated investors.

* You have an aptitude for collaborating with and talking to technical and creative partners, including IT, Design, Operations, etc.,

* You can build relationships and influence business leaders on strategic business matters concerning product development and design.

* You can build relationships and influence vendors on product development and design.

* You have a demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to drive product roadmap and design to enhance user experience.

* You thrive in ambiguous settings where you help define what success looks like.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
