We're currently looking for: The RingCentral Carrier Sales Solutions Engineer is a technical pre-sales specialist, responsible for partnering with Service Providers organizations, direct sellers, and their Channel Partners. A Carrier Sales Engineer should have in-depth knowledge on the entire RingCentral Ecosystem. including other UCaaS solutions, Legacy voice, data networking, and security. Primary responsibilities include general partner enablement and training, conducting remote and onsite product demonstrations, co-selling, prospect network readiness, and solution validation via Proof of Concepts (POC) for sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to business development, monitoring and supporting SE collaborative teams, manage customer feature requests and document for product team, lab testing, continued education on the platform and underlying technologies, and support Service Provider's related internal and customer facing events. If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $129,800 and $185,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
