Senior Engineer, Water

• Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs to ensure expectations are met.
• Manage multiple technical assignments, leading teams to deliver projects to client satisfaction within schedule and budget constraints.
• Exhibit technical excellence in planning studies, designs, program management, procurement/bid assistance, and design services for water/wastewater systems.
• Support business development pursuits, preparing proposals, building new relationships, and contributing to team growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• P.E. license in IL, WI, IN, OK, KY, or MI, preferred.
• A with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in water and/or /wastewater treatment and conveyance.climate/flood resiliency.

TYLin is committed to Pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $108,000- $162,000 annually for this position and local market.
