Job Description
Job Purpose The Director, EHS - Meats & Cheese holds overall EHS responsibility for the North America Zone - Meats & Cheese reporting to the Head of Zone EHS. The Director of EHS will lead the development and execution of the EHS NA strategy, the establishment of risk management processes and people capability to ensure compliance to relevant legislation, corporate standards, policies, and performance targets. Lead the development and delivery of robust Zone annual improvement plans for the KHC Safety and Environmental Performance, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Asset Conservation, and Facility Security. Work Environment & Schedule This position is considered a Normal office environment with moderate travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc.; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role requires normal working hours and travel up to 50%.
