Job Description

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Employee Health Supervisor

Role Overview:

    Oversees the clinic and office operations and prioritizes workflow to meet the needs of the department and ensure efficient and financially sound operations.
  • Directs and supervises activities of staff in assigned area. Hires, orients, trains, disciplines, and evaluates the performance of staff. Provides guidance, feedback, and opportunities for development, as appropriate.
  • Obtains, organizes, analyzes and communicates data necessary for fulfilling department needs; makes recommendations regarding departmental operations based on analysis of information.
  • Ensures observance and conformity with internal and external regulations.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training of new employees, as well as the ongoing development of existing employees
  • Reports to Manager, Employee Health

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience at the level of team lead, specialist, or higher in an ambulatory care, hospital operations or related healthcare environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including interest and ability to create and deliver presentations, lead meetings and teams, prepare reports etc.
  • High level of competence using the Microsoft Teams and Office Suite.

Core Skills:

  • Must be able to handle complex work assignments and adjust priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively participate in problem resolution and provide direction to staff and work teams.
  • Must have exemplary attendance.

Additional Information:

Location: 222 E. 70th Street, New York, NY

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday with flexibility around the clinic hours

Reporting To: Manager, Employee Health

Pay Range: $80,300.00-$128,400.00
