Make your mark. The Plante Moran Pursuit Strategy Team (PST) actively contributes to the firm's largest and most strategic business growth opportunities. We receive a lot of "fun" proposal and presentation opportunities, with or without specific questions to answer from a potential customer. If you read that last sentence and thought, "Yes, that sounds like fun!", then we need to talk because that means you thrive on figuring out ways to connect with not-for-profit and for-profit leaders and decision-makers who often use a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a more informal process (with or without a specific list of questions or requirements to address) to solicit competitive bids for services. We seek experienced candidates who have a passion for matching customer needs with professional services solutions in audit, tax, and consulting. We seek candidates who are energized by competitive business situations, project deadlines, creating persuasive communications, and collaborating closely with skilled client service professionals and staff to win new business and build long-term customer (client) relationships. We seek talented, proven professionals who have direct, hands-on experience designing and executing pursuit win strategies that include creation of complex proposal, presentation, and customer-facing deliverables typically associated with new business and revenue capture large opportunities.

Plante Moran enjoys a "Workplace for Your Day" model which, simply put, means we strive for flexibility and balance while staying true to our principally in-person model.
