As an HVAC Technician, you will use your journeyman-level skills to troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC equipment, ensuring all systems run efficiently. You will work with the LM Buildings work order system to manage tasks and respond promptly and professionally to house calls according to operational procedures. Preventative maintenance will be a key part of your role, ensuring HVAC systems remain in top condition. You will collaborate with contractors and other departments to foster a positive work environment and document events such as system malfunctions, tenant complaints, and significant incidents like weather-related issues or security concerns. Additionally, you may assist with snow removal as needed to maintain a safe and functional property. Qualifications:
