Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Additionally, we provide top-tier consulting and training for brands and businesses. We are seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our global HR team. This role will focus on compensation and benefits administration, ensuring that our total rewards programs attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in market pricing, benefits administration, open enrollment, bonus planning, and merit cycle administration, along with a collaborative approach to working with HR Business Partners. This is a consultative role, focused on providing excellent business support, and analytical and project management work.
