Job Description Position Summary Rockwell Automation's Industrial Component Business is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to be a part of software development team. The Scrum Master is a servant leader who helps the team self-organize, self-manage, and achieve its goals by Agile/Lean/Scrum practices. You can be a Scrum Master of 1-2 agile teams. The Scrum Master understands and applies and coaches Agile and Lean principles within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Scrum Master will support creating project plans, Project Management activities like schedule management, estimating risks and effort, accomplishing project goals. The Scrum Master grows an environment for learning and relentless improvement. The Scrum Master helps the agile team coordinate dependencies with other teams and communicates status of these dependencies. Collaborate with other agile teams to promote best practices and lessons learned to increase team and project performance. Minimum Qualifications
