Major Duties Classification: Non-Exempt, Bargaining The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing telephone services, video services and associated equipment for residential and business customers. Qualifications 2-year degree in the area of telephony. Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. 1-3 years experience installing and maintaining commercial and residential voice and data services. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office. Previous experience installing and repairing T1 circuits, knowledge of Nortel and Cisco PBX and key systems, LAN/WAN, DSL, Data Networking, and Video is preferred.
