Nurse Practitioner

Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Winnebago, Illinois. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high quality personalized care to a variety of patients. Opportunity:

• Join a well-established practice in collaboration with two experienced physicians and one other NP
• Schedule Monday through Friday (8am-5pm), with possible Saturdays
• Ability to grow your own patient panel while also supporting physician practice
• Onsite laboratory and X-Ray
• System-wide EPIC

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Graduate of an accredited masters of nursing program.
• Meets the requirements determined by the State of Wisconsin or Illinois to perform duties defined as those of a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current IL RN and APNP license
• Current IL DEA number
• Other certifications as required
