The Wholesale team works with our customers one-on-one, developing professional relationships based on trust and care. GENERAL FUNCTION The Business Development Sales Lead (BDL) will drive growth in the channel by working directly with accounts and the local synergy teams. They will be focused on top line growth and sales goals by increasing EL360 compliance and signing new customer contracts with EL360. Additionally, they will support Vision Source customers with EL360 as well as Diamond Plus accounts. This will be achieved by working with accounts in demonstrating EssilorLuxottica's value proposition across the full portfolio and helping them develop their business through formalized quarterly business reviews, communication of program benefits, and tailored action plans to ensure they maintain compliance with EL360 program parameters. Pay Range: 101,228.37-165,032.28 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
