Job Description

Functions as an integral member of team of care on a patient care unit; The team provides patient care and supportive services that are directed towards of patient care outcomes; Patients and their family will experience the benefits of patient focus care from all team members; Responsible experience for providing a variety of direct and indirect patient care activities as supervised and directed by the Registered Nurse- Patient Care Coordinator; Care is provided in collaboration with the patient, family and other members of the patient focused care; Overall responsibilities are to assist the team in meeting patient care needs; Position located at University Hospitals.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
