Under general supervision, performs a variety of custodial and general maintenance duties associated with the cleaning and maintenance of district buildings, grounds, and equipment. Work is performed with considerable independent judgment. Supervision received is general in nature using established procedures and general objectives. Works closely with other professionals in a team approach.

Required Education & Experience High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in performing general custodial duties and minor building maintenance.
Required License/Certification: Valid driver's license

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualified candidates will possess proficiency in tool usage, maintenance, and machinery care, a working knowledge of custodial and maintenance methods, materials, and equipment, the ability to follow oral and written instructions, work independently, record duties performed, handle physical tasks including snow shoveling, communicate effectively, collaborate with diverse populations, and thrive with minimal supervision. - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., carry, and push up to 20 lbs. and ability pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs and a ladder and maintain balance.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, hear and speak.
- Sitting/Standing/Walking: 50% of time spent sitting, 25% of time standing, and 25% of time walking.

Hours This position is a 1.0 FTE or 40 hours per work week. Monday - Friday 2pm to 10:30pm. *hours and location subject to change based on operational needs This is a Limited Term Employment (LTE) position with an expected end date of June 30, 2025. Salary Salary is listed to the midpoint of the salary range and is determined by years of experience credit and internal salary equity.
