How you will contribute:

In this exciting role, you will support our Industrial Fabrication and Mechanical groups in diverse ways while you:



  • Workclosely with Ahern's in-house Structural Engineer to analyze, design, and draft ASME Section VIII Division 1 pressure vessels using COMPRESS and SolidWorks.
  • Analyze and design piping systems using various other ASME B31 codes.
  • Assist in analyzing, designing, and drafting catwalks, platforms, equipment stands and skids, API tanks, and other related products.

To succeed in this role, you must have drive andoutstanding communication skills. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cutting-edge industry knowledge, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and working knowledge of SolidWorks. If you are ready to demonstrate this expertise, Ahern wants you!
