WHAT TO EXPECT As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Englewood office, this new position will be driving the next phase of our company's growth with our TPU Polyurethane Belting. You will be involved in the development and implementation of product line strategic plans, including market and competitive analysis and identifying strategic initiatives that drive profitable growth. This role is essential in building and nurturing product roadmaps, collaborating with engineering to align technology roadmaps that support our shared vision. You will identify, justify, and select new product development projects and marketing programs to foster growth in incoming orders and sales, ensuring we achieve our profitability targets. Additionally, you'll support the formulation of both short-term and long-term goals, helping to create a comprehensive plan for success across all facets of our product line, including meeting orders, sales, market share, price realization, profitability, quality, delivery and vitality metrics. Working alongside operations, you will ensure the manufacturability and delivery of product per our growth projections. Key responsibilities:
