"I can succeed as an Employee Relations Business Partner at Capital Group." As an Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) on the Respectful Environment Advocacy Centralized Team (REACT), you will play an integral role across Capital Group in cultivating an inclusive, respectful, and professional environment. You'll work to resolve complex cases, curate training and resources, and leverage your expertise and aptitude in analytics to advance our employee relations philosophy while mitigating business risk. As an impartial and objective subject matter expert, you'll partner with HR Business Partners, Capital's Legal Department, and leaders across the company's various lines of business globally to address intricate employee relations matters as well as lead internal workplace investigations, ensuring consistent quality of results, timeliness of resolution, and an effective, supportive associate experience. To thrive in this role, you've been responsible for Employee Relations previously and enjoy working in complex, fast-paced environments where the quality of both process and results are paramount. You've participated in and worked with high-performing teams and have the confidence and courage to manage through ambiguity, think strategically and situationally, and develop innovative solutions that challenge the status quo. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
