As a fuel truck driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of fuels to our valued customers. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Valid Class A or B CDL required Tanker and Hazmat (X) endorsement required Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience required Minimum 1 year commerial crude oil or fuel hauling experience required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Must possess effective written and oral communication skills Must have excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving techniques and skills Collaborate with Dispatchers Maintain Vehicles Plan Routes and Schedules Capability to work weekends THE SHIFT: Day shifts starting around 4am, with OVER TIME PAY! Night shifts starting around 4pm, with OVER TIME PAY! Night shifts include increased night differential pay! RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Fuel Truck Driver, you will be responsible for: Safely transporting fuels using bobtail (Tankwagon) trucks. Driving trucks while observing DOT driving regulations and adhering to safety guidelines. Ensuring products are hauled in a safe and appropriate manner. Verifying directions with plant personnel to ensure accurate delivery. Striving to exceed customer expectations and achieve high levels of satisfaction. Building strong relationships with both external and internal customers. Maintaining the cleanliness and proper condition of equipment. Performing pre and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment. Conducting basic vehicle maintenance tasks and reporting defects or damage.
