The Call Center Manager will oversee agent time management, provide regular coaching, and monitor service levels and abandonment rates. Complete payroll, conduct quality assurance, and assist the Director in managing shrinkage. Handle escalated calls when needed, enforce call center policies, and take corrective action as necessary.
