Job Summary: The Systems Analyst II - IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, defining system requirements, and delivering solutions that enhance applications utilized by Sales Operations, Broker Sales, and Member Revenue business domains. This role involves collaborating with key business users and stakeholders in to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives. The analyst will facilitate communication between technical teams and business users, ensuring effective implementation and support of these critical systems. Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT solutions related to sales operations and member revenue.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Facilitate planning, analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current processes and systems.
- Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Drive medium to large-sized enhancements, overseeing the planning, development, and implementation processes.
- Utilize Agile methodology to manage project tasks and deliverables effectively.
- Support the creation of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Perform development and configuration as needed.
- Assist with Production Support a needed.
- Perform any other job duties as requested.
Education and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (minimum of 2 years).
- Business Analysis Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and system design, with hands-on experience in requirements elicitation and refinement.
- Domain Knowledge: Preferred experience in Sales Operations, Broker Sales, and Member Revenue processes, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry practices.
- Process Improvement: Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency.
- Technology Awareness: Knowledge of cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI), with an understanding of their applications in business.
- Change and Release Management: Familiarity with Change Management and Release Management practices, ensuring smooth transitions during system updates.
- SAP Experience: Experience with SAP Agent Performance Management (CallidusCloud), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and/or SAP Financial Services Collections and Disbursements (FS-CD) applications, or related Sales Performance Management and Enterprise Systems.
- Database Skills: Proficiency in SQL, enhancing data analysis and reporting capabilities.

- Proficient in all areas of requirements elicitation (facilitation, process modeling, requirements documentation)
- Experience in creating and writing technical specifications within an agile framework: Epic, Feature, Story, and Task; understands key components of good story writing to enable adaptation of standard industry formats and approaches for effective use.
- Understanding of project lifecycles coupled with the software development lifecycle, including processes, techniques, continuous delivery, tools agile and test-driven development.
- Thorough understanding of business analysis principles.
- Flexibility during organizational and/or business changes.
- Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills; listening and critical thinking.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Licensure and Certification:
- Certifications around our core technical systems is preferred; Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs or other similar Enterprise systems that mimic those CareSource invests in
- Certifications around Agile, SAFE, or the Business or System Analyst role is preferred.
Working Conditions:
- General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods.
Compensation Range: $70,800.00 - $113,200.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
