Blue Curb, a veteran-owned business, was started in 2008 under the name “Steam 360”. Steam 360 started by providing HOT-water pressure washing services for restaurants in the northern VA & DC market. We quickly added larger customers to include shopping centers, strip malls, HOAs and apartment complexes. We now offer several services with a focus on commercial property exterior maintenance including; hot-patch asphalt repairs, parking lot & garage restriping, landscaping maintenance, snow removal, awnings & window washing. We are constantly evolving and adding services. As our customer’s needs change, so will we. Our only constant is to provide outstanding customer service.
