For over 50 years PLM has been servicing the Greater Milwaukee area (Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine and Kenosha Counties) as the market leader for asphalt, concrete and civil construction work. Throughout our history of growth PLM has expanded coverage to include Madison (Dane, Dodge, Jefferson counties), Janesville (Walworth, Rock counties), Fox Valley (Winnebago, Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, Manitowoc counties) and Green Bay (Brown County).
