Precision- Our facility is equipped for the efficient production of close-tolerance component parts and complex assemblies. Our advanced machining technologies enable us to hold tolerances to tenths of a thousandth with matched clearances down to ten millionths of an inch.
ENGINEERING
Since 1954, Crissair’s rigorous engineering standards and ideals have guided production of the most technically advanced, cost-effective and reliable product available. Experienced engineers, designers, and support personnel combine their talents at Crissair utilizing advanced CAD, 3-D modeling and analytical tools to create the very best products with two goals in mind – performance and quality. With a dedicated state-of-the-art engineering test lab, development and qualification testing proceed without interruption to or from the everyday production workflow.
TESTING
Our fully equipped modern test facilities support a vast assortment of production hardware and new product development. We maintain high quality standards. Without exception, all Crissair products are subjected to 100% acceptance testing before leaving our facility in Valencia, California.
MANUFACTURING
Manufacturing occupies the largest area of our 77,000 square-foot facility and represents the company’s greatest capital investment. Crissair employs advanced CNC mills and lathes in our machine shop and state-of-the-art equipment in our deburring and production assembly areas. Statistical Process Control is utilized in several areas to help reduce costs and improve quality.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
The pursuit of uncompromising quality has been Crissair’s ongoing aim. Product reliability and performance are the direct result of the coordinated contributions of all departments to build incomparable quality into every item. The discipline of Total Quality Management (TQM) is utilized to realize continuous excellence and improvement. Crissair is AS9100C and ISO 9001 certified.
